In this 260 m tall highrise tower retail, office, luxury office and hotel functions were stacked vertically. They are organized into four blocks which function independently from each other with respect to mechanical services and fire protection. From the outside, they appear to be twisted against each other; by this means the building is structured and rhythmetized.

The outer mega columns are connected to the core by outriggers which are located in the plant and rescue floors. Energy consumption is limited by effective use of daylight and state-of-the-art installations. The sculpturally articulated perforated facades contrast with the large scale glazing of the recessed areas, behind which high atria with spectacular views are located.
