We have taken over a project with existing planning permission and are now revising and partly redesigning the approved scheme: the privately financed apartments are being converted into subsidised housing, the double-loaded corridor typology is transformed into a layout with a single stair serving two to five flats per floor. The facade will also become more fine-grained in order to anchor the large building volume within the late‑19th‑century context.
